Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can also set up autopay and manage your account details online. You can also speak to your facility manager about alternate payment options.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, combustible items, or liquids.
What does drive-up access mean?
Drive-up access means you can park your vehicle directly in front of your storage unit for easy loading and unloading.
